How can we help you?

Catering Policy

Our catering policy.

Outside food and beverages are permitted in most of our spaces, excluding spaces located inside hotels. As a rule, catering is generally permitted unless otherwise indicated in the Need to Know section of the location’s page on our site.

You can leave anything that needs to be disposed of in the space at the end of your booking with no additional cleaning fees. However, should there be anything that the caterer needs to retrieve (such as coffee urns, trays, or dishes), please arrange for them to pick those items up before the end of your reservation, as we can’t guarantee access to the space afterwards!

Should items be left in our spaces after the end of your reservation, our team may remove these items to our headquarters, or store them in a locked closet in order to ensure that our spaces are available to upcoming reservations. If these items are found, you will receive a notice from our Customer Care team so that you can make arrangements for their retrieval. We may discard any catering-related items after 7 days.

Please also note that our team cannot work directly with caterers, as they haven’t agreed to our Terms of Service. Therefore, you’ll have to work with your chosen vendor in order to arrange for them to pick up their equipment.

Additionally, Breather is not liable for anything left in our spaces. You may incur additional charges if items damage the space, or otherwise render it unfit for usage.
