How are spaces cleaned and maintained?

Our mobile Operations team maintains each space and serves as an extension of our Customer Care team, ready to respond to member needs and coordinate special requests.

Immediately following each booking, Operations Associates ensure the space is ready for the next member. Operations Associates are responsive to any building in their designated area within 15 minutes and report on any space issues. They are our brand ambassadors, as well as an added layer of security.
