How are spaces cleaned and maintained?

Our mobile Operations team maintains our spaces.

They serve as an extension of our Customer Care team, ready to respond to member needs and coordinate special requests.

Immediately following each booking, Operations Associates ensure the space is ready for the next member. Operations Associates are available to provide assistance to buildings in their designated area and are responsible for reporting space issues. They are our brand ambassadors, as well as an added layer of security.
